Incredible service. We replaced the old lighting at work, Craig was so helpful in finding the best solutions for us. He was always on time, if not early and very patient with our multiple projects. He did great work and was extremely fast! Amanda was very responsive, kind and really great at getting us on the schedule quickly. Prices were fair and the quality of work was excellent. I highly recommend them for any project.

5 Stars for Lane at Thunderbolt Electric. I recently had Lane from Thunderbolt Electric install a new 240v outlet for my electric vehicle charger. He did an amazing job! Lane was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable about all things electrical. I needed the new high powered outlet installed under my breaker panel in the garage. This required shutting off power to the house, running conduit, wiring the new outlet, and connecting everything to the breaker panel. Lane explained everything he was doing step-by-step and made sure I understood the whole process. He answered all my questions clearly. His work was very neat and tidy - he cleaned up after himself extremely well when the job was complete. The new EV charger outlet works perfectly and was installed securely and safely. I now have a convenient way to charge my electric vehicle, thanks to Lane's expertise. I would highly recommend Lane and Thunderbolt Electric to anyone needing electrical work. The service was affordable, and the quality of Lane's work was outstanding. Five stars for sure!

I love this company so much! I've worked with both Craig and Lane, and they were both incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and caring. Lane recently came to install some GFI outlets in my home and went above and beyond assisting me with a broken outlet, as well as recommending a house-wide surge protector (something I was worried about given the house is on the older side.) I am looking forward to working with this company again and would absolutely recommend them for any electrical needs!

Lane did a fantastic job fixing multiple outlet issues we were having in our older home. He explained the cause to the problem we were having in a way I could easily understand. He walked through options to not only fix the initial problem but to ensure the home was safe for the future. He was quick, thorough, and communicative. At the end, we felt very well taken care of and for a fair price point. I will 100% call Lane and Thunderbolt up again if the need arises.

I had a very good experience using Thunderbolt Electric. Shane called and got to my house before the scheduled appointment. By the time I had explained the issues I was having and took my dog for a short walk, he was surprisingly finishing up! He was quick, courteous, friendly. and affordable. We have nothing but great things to say. We had them come out to quote us to upgrade our service/panel for a house we just bought in Jefferson. Out of all the companies that came out, Thunderbolt was the most reasonable. Lane and his helper (sorry i didnt catch the name) came out yesterday to do the job and they were amazing. Open communication, polite, and knowledgeable. They didn't try to sell us on anything and just gave us the facts needed to make informed decisions. We've already agreed to have Thunderbolt come out and do some more work for us based on their workmanship and professionalism.

Needed a range converted from 4 plug to 3 plug. We called Thunderbolt Electric, Lane came out the next day and got the job done in one stop! He explained the options clearly, was knowledgeable and courteous. Will definitely call again for future electrical needs.

Lane came out to our house today and was amazing. The builder on our house had messed up several things in addition to pulling out all the GFCI breakers leaving everything in the kitchen without GFCI protection. Lane was very knowledgable and wasn't pushy but helped explain what was needed to fix the situation. He gave us a good/fair deal and even though it was expensive (because good electrical work costs money) I will gladly use them again. It's hard to find honest people who do good work and Lane was fantastic!
